Week 4: disappointing but still here

It’s funny how i said last week I needed more discipline and finding the time was easy. I didn’t count on unexpected events. This was my week four

I only trained one day this week. Coming home late from work, doing other unplanned things and a little laziness factor.

The day I did train, I cheated a little but I think it was a positive cheat.

The squat still did go according to my schedule ( 42,5 kg ) but it was the bench that was the highlight of the workout. I wanted to see if I could bench 40 kg so I tried the first 5 reps, which I completed successfully. During the set I did feel some pain from my shoulder so I decided to the rest just like my schedule said: 30 kg.

And then the lazy/tired factor kicked in. I skipped the rows. But after the 40 kg bench I didn’t feel to bad about it.
