I have to say I’m glad I watched season 1 a bit later because didn’t wait too long for season 2. You would think I’d get a bit tired of superhero movies or series, but if the story’s good and interesting it would be hard not to watch.
Avoiding spoilers is getting harder and harder every day, especially in This digital age and more so if the series you’re watching is from a streaming service. Luckily I have quite a few friends who watch this and those who do are decent enough not to post spoilers.
And I have to say wow! Was it better than the first season? It sure felt like it, but maybe because I already know the characters. It definitely kept the pace and I was worried about having some filler episodes, but no. Every episode was enjoyable to watch.
And every character got an equal amount of screen time and development but you still want to know more about each and every one them. There were some twists, some predictable some not, but it didn’t stop the flow.
End thoughts
So how was season 2? Just as good as season 1, if not better. Does it keep you wanting more? Hell yes, and now I’m kinda sad I watched all of it in 2 day.. not exactly a binge fest , but in your 30s it’s a hell of marathon. Can’t wait to hear some news about a season 3.
Now I can safely browse the Internet looking at Umbrella Academy memes and look at quotes people share about it. It’s funny how they relate quotes from series to their actual lives, like theirs has so much drama too. Oh and the soundtrack it’s not quite bad either. Has something old and something new for everyone to enjoy.
